WINDHOEK, 27 APR (NAMPA) - Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, Lucia Iipumbu, has condemned the rising cases of abduction, rape, and murder of innocent children in the country.
Following the second discovery of the lifeless body of minor Rosalind Fabian in Okahandja on Friday, Iipumbu said she is appalled and gravely troubled by these tragic incidents.
