Nandi-Ndaitwah underscores youth empowerment

WINDHOEK, 25 APR (NAMPA) - President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has said youth empowerment has been elevated to one of the seven priority areas in the Swapo Party manifesto and implementation plan.
Nandi-Ndaitwah, in her State of the Nation Address in the National Assembly on Thursday, said her administration will consolidate various funds, grants and schemes targeting youth into a single, ring-fenced Youth Fund.
