KATIMA MULILO, 24 APR (NAMPA) – The Katima Mulilo District Court on Wednesday postponed the murder trial of Charles Buyoya Mushabati to 10 July 2025, to allow him to obtain the services of a Government-funded lawyer via the Legal Aid department.
Mushabati, who has applied for legal aid, is currently awaiting a response before the trial can proceed or be transferred to the regional court.
