WINDHOEK, 23 APR (NAMPA) - Newly sworn-in Member of Parliament, Kennedy Simasiku, has expressed his eagerness to participate in the upcoming budget debate when it is presented to the National Council.
Simasiku, the regional councillor for Katima Mulilo Urban in the Zambezi Region, was sworn in on Wednesday by Deputy Judge President Josia Angula.
