WINDHOEK, 23 APR (NAMPA) - Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Ruth Masake, on Tuesday urged senior officials within the ministry to align their plans with international development priorities.
She said this during the ministry’s strategic planning workshop held in Swakopmund.
