SWAKOPMUND, 15 APR (NAMPA) – The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC)’s Florian Donatus was elected as the new chairperson of the Erongo Regional Council management committee on Tuesday.
The Walvis Bay Rural Constituency councillor replaces Swapo’s Benitha Imbamba who was voted out of the position last month, when four of the seven councillors supported a motion of no confidence against her.
Imbamba is the councillor of the Arandis Constituency....
