WINDHOEK, 11 APR (NAMPA) – Prime Minister Tjitunga Elijah Ngurare has emphasised the need for immediate implementation of government programmes and a focus on ethical conduct.
During his first meeting with senior officials at the Office of the Prime Minister on Thursday, Ngurare stressed that accountability and service delivery are key priorities under President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah’s leadership.
