GROOTFONTEIN, 10 APR (NAMPA) – The supplementary registration of voters at the Otjiwarongo and Grootfontein constituencies in the Otjozondjupa Region officially started Thursday morning at a slow pace.
Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) Otjozondjupa Regional Electoral Officer, Victoria Amutenya in an interview with Nampa on Thursday said the teams were on time and did not encounter technical glitches.
