WINDHOEK, 07 APR (NAMPA) - Former Deputy Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs, Hilma Nicanor, on Monday bade farewell to the ministry’s staff after her decade-long tenure.
Nicanor, who served under the late President Hage Geingob and his successor Nangolo Mbumba, said her term of office ended on 20 March 2025.
