ONAMUTAYI, 16 MAR (NAMPA) - A woman was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 31-year-old woman with an unknown object on the back of her head in an altercation about the ownership of N.dollars 120 at Omuthiya in the Oshikoto region on Friday.
