RUNDU, 23 FEB (NAMPA) - Swapo Party Regional Coordinator for the Kavango East Region, Ottilie Shinduvi, said Chief Hosea Kutako was the first person to identify leadership qualities in a young Sam Nujoma.
Shinduvi was among the speakers who took the podium at the third State Memorial Service held in honour of the late Founding President, Sam Nujoma, at the Rundu Sports Stadium on Saturday.
