OUTJO, 14 FEB (NAMPA) - Outjo Deputy Mayor Brigitte Horases has expressed sadness over the passing of Founding President Sam Nujoma.
“I am deeply affected by his death, as he was our founding rock,” Horases said on Wednesday. Nujoma passed away in Windhoek last Saturday.
