Toddler dies in freak accident in Oshikoto Region

OMUTHIYA, 04 FEB (NAMPA) – A five-month-old baby died on Monday after becoming trapped between a bed and the wall of the hut his mother left him sleeping in at Okoloti village in the Oshikoto Region.
According to a crime update issued by the Namibian Police Force's Crime Investigations Coordinator for Oshikoto, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, the incident occurred around 12h00 and the deceased has been identified as Vamweovanhu Valomboleni.
