OMUTHIYA, 13 JAN (NAMPA) - A nine-year-old boy allegedly drowned in a water pond next to Tsintsabis settlement in Oshikoto's Guinas Constituency on Saturday.
According to the region's Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo on Monday, the incident occurred at around 16h47 and the deceased was identified as Kathimune Mushongo.
