MVA Fund calls for caution amid heavy rains

WINDHOEK, 08 JAN (NAMPA) – The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund has issued an urgent plea to road users to exercise extreme caution as heavy rains across Namibia have created hazardous driving conditions.
