SWAKOPMUND, 14 DEC (NAMPA) – Over 800 informal houses in Swakopmund are set to be upgraded through the national Informal Settlement Upgrading Project (ISUP) of the National Housing Enterprise (NHE) and the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development.
