OKAKARARA, 13 DEC (NAMPA) - A 50-year-old Tanzanian national allegedly found dealing in cannabis in a planned police action, near Okakarara on Wednesday morning was on Friday denied bail by the Okakarara Magistrate's Court.
Alawi Alli Zambarau made his first court appearance before Magistrate Abel Simataa Sankwasa, who explained his legal rights to defend himself, apply for a state-funded Legal Aid lawyer, or engage a private lawyer.
