Shanghala suffers another blow in High Court

WINDHOEK, 12 DEC (NAMPA) – Acting High Court Judge Moses Chinhengo on Thursday dismissed an application by former justice minister, Sakeus Shanghala, to stay the plea taking proceedings.
Shanghala made the application on Thursday morning, citing irregularities in the manner in which he and his co-accused in the Fishrot matter are made to plea to the charges they are facing. The accused, including former fisheries minister Bernard Esau, Mike Nghi...
