OSHAKATI, 09 DEC (NAMPA) - The Namibian Police Force's Regional Commander for Oshana, Commissioner Naftal Lungameni Sakaria, said that they are no longer going to promote people for the sake of requirements but rather based on merit, which will ensure effective policing.
