SWAKOPMUND, 28 NOV (NAMPA) – A dispute involving ballot boxes erupted at Swakopmund on Thursday, as party agents confronted the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) officials at the coastal town over their handling of sealed ballot boxes.
