NGONE, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – The Ngone Combined School polling station, situated some 22 kilometres east of Rundu, only had five voters queued outside when Nampa arrived at around 11h00.
Presiding officer at the polling station Bertha Muremi told Nampa the venue was empty when they arrived at around 05h00 and when the polling station opened at 07h00.
