RUNDU, 27 NOV (NAMPA) - The presiding officer at the Nkarapamwe Elcin polling station at Rundu, Alistaire Bock has said many elderly voters struggle to make crosses on the ballot papers and thus have to be assisted.
Besides this challenge, Bock informed Nampa that the polling station opened at 07h00 on Wednesday and the process is peaceful thus far.
