OPUWO, 04 NOV (NAMPA) – The first edition of the annual Dr Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah tournament, held at Okakarara over the weekend, concluded on Sunday, with Orange Army and Otjipereke winning the football and netball categories, respectively.
