WINDHOEK, 04 NOV (NAMPA) – The Namibian Constitution needs developmental changes to adapt to current global trade trends, Chairperson of the Law Reform and Development Commission, Etuna Josua has said.
In an interview with Nampa, Josua said although the overall legal framework of the country is very sound, it, however, needs development in certain key areas, especially concerning new technology and economic industries that are new to Namibia.
