OTJIWARONGO, 04 NOV (NAMPA) – A 22-year-old man linked to the death of the 17-year-old Angela Mbakera who was last week Thursday allegedly stabbed 13 times, was on Sunday arrested at Okakarara.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) head of community affairs in the Otjozondjupa Region, Senior Inspector Maureen Mbeha in an interview with Nampa on Monday said the suspect had fled the scene and was hiding from the law since then.
