WINDHOEK, 31 OCT (NAMPA) – Chief Electoral Officer Peter Shaama has said the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) will conduct crucial electoral activities after receiving the ballot papers on Wednesday.
Two cargo planes landed at Hosea Kutako International Airport with 50 pallets containing 3.2 million ballot papers, which were printed by a South African-based company.
