OSHAKATI, 20 AUG (NAMPA) - Three men aged between 21 and 27 were arrested on Monday morning after they were found in possession of five suspected stolen donkeys at Uukwanandjenga village in the Tsandi Constituency of the Omusati Region.

Namibian Police Force (NamPo) Crime Investigations Coordinator for the Omusati Region, Deputy Commissioner Moses Simaho said the three were arrested after they could not account for the possession of the livestoc...
