Shares in UK bank NatWest slumped more than eight percent Friday after it reported a drop in net profit, underperforming its rivals in the third quarter. NatWest led the fallers on London's benchmark FTSE 100 index, shedding 8.4 percent to £5.82 ($7.81) per share. The FTSE gained 0.2 percent overall in midday deals.
