The UN's IPCC climate panel failed to reach an agreement after a week of talks on when to publish its next assessment of global warming, the senior French envoy at the talks said Friday. "The 65th session of the IPCC plenary just ended without an agreement on the timeline for the publication of the next assessment report," Benoit Faraco posted on LinkedIn. He said "a few countries" had pressed for a delay in publication. alb-cho/gv/tw ...
