NATO's top military commander on Monday said the alliance would "block, blunt, and break" any attack on its members, in a warning to Russia as fears grow over the threat from Moscow. "If someone is foolish enough to attack us, we will fight. We will stop the attack and deny them the ability to achieve their objectives, whatever those may be.
