WASHINGTON, October 6 (RIA Novosti) - The US Department of Energy has raised its forecast for the Brent spot price in the fourth quarter of 2026 by $14, to $105 per barrel, the department's Energy Information Administration (EIA) said in its monthly Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO) on Tuesday.
