MOSCOW, October 2 (RIA Novosti) - The Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has claimed the lives of more than 4,000 people, the Actualite news portal reported on Friday, citing the National Institute of Public Health of the DRC (INSP).
