London (PA Media/dpa) - Donald Trump has been accused by the BBC of flouting the rules by failing to hand over documents in his $10-billion defamation case against the broadcaster. Given the legal timetable, lawyers for the corporation warn it would "experience extreme prejudice" if the US president "continues to disregard his discovery obligations," and they have asked the court to intervene.
