WASHINGTON, September 23 (RIA Novosti) - NASA and SpaceX are considering October 1 as the earliest possible date for the launch of the Crew-13 mission to the International Space Station (ISS) that includes Russian cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov, NASA said.
