TUNIS, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Tunisian Minister of Economy and Planning Samir Abdelhafidh and the African Development Bank's(AfDB) Deputy Director-General for North Africa Malinne Blomberg signed two guarantee agreements in Tunis on Tuesday to fund water network and chemical industry projects in Tunisia, according to a statement released by the ministry.
