UNITED NATIONS, September 22 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday he will use the new Russia sanctions bill allowing him to enforce additional tariff authorities if he deems it necessary. "In honor of Senator Lindsey Graham [designated as a terrorist and extremist in Russia], I signed a powerful new law passed by Congress providing me with enormous new tariff authorities, and if necessary, I will have to use them," Trump said......
