Russian Foreign Ministry Doubts That UN Can Currently Mediate on Ukraine

MOSCOW, September 22 (RIA Novosti) - The possibility of UN mediation between Russia and Ukraine for a peaceful settlement is currently in great doubt, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov told RIA Novosti. "There are now great doubts about the UN's mediating role regarding the Ukrainian crisis," Alimov said.
