RIYADH, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Explosions were heard again in the Saudi capital Riyadh on Saturday, the second such incident in the city on the same day. Smoke was seen rising near King Khalid International Airport in the northeastern part of the city. The airport is currently operating normally, though some flights have been delayed.
