Munich (dpa) - Oktoberfest begins in the southern German city of Munich on Saturday, with more than 6 million visitors from around the world expected at the famous beer festival. New Munich Mayor Dominik Krause of the Greens is set to open the 191st edition on the Theresienwiese festival grounds at midday (1000 GMT), tapping the first beer keg with the traditional cry "O'zapft is," a Bavarian phrase meaning "It is tapped."
