Georgia posts 6.9-pct economic growth in Q2

TBILISI, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- Georgia's real gross domestic product (GDP) grew 6.9 percent year on year in the second quarter of 2026, slowing from 7.4 percent growth in the same period last year, preliminary data released Friday by the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat) showed.
