5 killed as school wall collapses in Pakistan's Karachi

ISLAMABAD, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- At least five people were killed and two others injured after a dilapidated wall of a government school collapsed in Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi, police and rescue officials said on Friday. The incident occurred in the Mominabad area of Orangi Town, where seven people were trapped under the rubble after the wall collapsed, a Rescue 1122 spokesperson said.
