DOHA, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - Qatar's budget deficit exceeded 21 billion riyals ($5.8 billion) in the second quarter of 2026 amid a sharp decline in natural gas export revenues, which is the largest quarterly deficit in nearly a decade, the Qatari Finance Ministry said on Tuesday.
