WASHINGTON, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - US oil and gas company Chevron plans to double the number of oil rigs it operates in Venezuela as part of a five-year plan to boost oil production in the Latin American country, Reuters reported on Tuesday, citing Chevron Chief Financial Officer Eimear Bonner.
