MOSCOW, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - A magnitude 5.3 earthquake struck China's Tibet Autonomous Region near the border with Nepal, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre said on Tuesday. The epicenter was located 104 kilometers (64.6 miles) north of the Nepalese city of Pokhara, with the hypocenter at a depth of 35 kilometers (21.8 miles), according to seismologists.
