Brussels (dpa-AFX) - Latvia's consumer price inflation increased in August from a 5-month low in July, data from the statistical office showed on Tuesday. The consumer price index rose 3.2% year-on-year in August, following a 2.6% increase in June. Inflation based on transportation quickened notably to 8.6% from 4.6% amid higher fuel costs.
