WASHINGTON, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - A US Navy Boeing P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft was spotted patrolling the Baltic Sea about 31 miles from Russia's Kaliningrad Region on Tuesday, according to flight data reviewed by RIA Novosti. The aircraft took off from Keflavik Air Base in Iceland, activated its transponder only near the Faroe Islands and headed southeast.
