German gas storage operators warned Tuesday that time was running short to refill stocks ahead of winter, with tanks currently at record-low levels. Stocks were at just 53 percent of capacity at the start of September, the industry lobby group INES said, compared to 71 percent this time last year. The European Union average is at 67 percent, according to the Aggregated Gas Storage Inventory platform. "Since INES began keeping records 15 years ago......
