The death toll from a mudslide in Tibet on the China-Nepal border last week rose from 21 to 31 people, Beijing's state media said Friday, with 531 people still missing. "As of 6 pm (1000 GMT) on September 4, the disaster had resulted in 31 deaths and left 531 people unaccounted for," state news agency Xinhua reported, nine days after the flood, which has killed nearly 1,300 people and left thousands more missing in Nepal. pfc/ami ...
