Potsdam, Germany (dpa) - Police in the German state of Brandenburg are investigating a letter claiming responsibility for the attempted sabotage of the power grid to the south-east of the capital Berlin. "The Brandenburg police were informed today of a letter claiming responsibility in connection with the attack in Turnow-Preilack," a police spokeswoman said.
