VLADIVOSTOK, September 3 (RIA Novosti) - The introduction of a visa regime by Armenia for Russian citizens would hurt Armenian nationals, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at the Eastern Economic Forum on Thursday. "If Armenia were to suddenly introduce visas, it would not be targeting us, it would be targeting its own citizens," Zakharova told reporters.
